With over a decade of experience coordinating events in Bluffton, Hilton Head, Beaufort, Savannah, and surrounding areas, I have extensive knowledge in event production, having planned various events including fitness competitions, small benefit concerts, a 5k charity race, and an 8-day film festival that attracts over 60,000 attendees annually.
My key responsibilities as your wedding coordinator include creating a detailed timeline and reviewing vendor contracts to clarify obligations. We will discuss your vision for the ceremony, and I will coordinate the rehearsal. On your wedding day, I will ensure everything is set up as planned and cue all events per the timeline. I will oversee breakdown and clean up, as well as any issues that may arise.
Some of the specific tasks I will handle include meeting with you 12-15 weeks prior to the wedding day, referring vendors as needed, facilitating on-time arrival of vendors, overseeing set up at event locations, transporting items, reviewing set-up before guest arrival, managing all event cues during the ceremony, cueing musicians, photographers, and family members during the reception, remaining accessible to assist you throughout the event, distributing final payments and gratuities, and coordinating departure transportation and/or send-off.
