In need of prompt assistance, I phoned Juan during the early afternoon regarding a leak at my furnace vent pipe. Whenever it rained, my furnace would shut down. Upon hearing my situation, Juan arrived later that same afternoon with all the necessary supplies and roofing materials. As it turned out, the plywood beneath the shingles had rotted and had to be replaced. After approximately an hour and a half, Juan completed the work, tidied up after himself, and even sent me photos of his finished product. I found him to be responsive, courteous, skilled, and reasonably priced. What's more, he charged me exactly what he had quoted me- nothing extra. I would certainly call upon him again should the need arise.
