Initially, our front door lacked a space for a deadbolt and only featured a cutout slot for a doorknob. Upon contacting Mike, he promptly responded and accommodated us into his schedule. The task was executed efficiently resulting in a satisfactory outcome. We would highly suggest his services.

Upon arrival, Mike impressed me by noticing a lock that I had missed and swiftly adjusted our plan to accommodate it. Throughout the job, he encountered challenges with a few of my locks but remained true to his quoted price and did not burden me with any extra costs. He even patiently let me test all of my locks and tighten a door handle with his Allen wrench. Additionally, Mike was understanding and helpful in explaining the billing and tax process. After Phillip promptly responded, he arranged an appointment for the following day and took the initiative to bring a range of parts to guarantee the lock could be fixed in one visit. He refrained from pressuring me into buying a new door handle/lock and opted for a straightforward solution to the lock. In contrast, a previous company failed to inquire about the issue and instead quoted an excessive amount of $525 to replace the entire mechanism.
