Regrettably, Cordaryl was unable to finish the job as it turned out to be a plumbing related issue. However, his swift response, professionalism, and honesty are commendable qualities that shouldn't go unrecognized. Despite being out of his realm of expertise, he generously helped us resolve the overflowing water issue while charging us less than the full amount for his service. It's uncommon to come across an honest technician who charges fairly these days, but Cordaryl reinstates faith in the existence of such individuals. We appreciate his integrity and will undoubtedly consider him for any future appliance repair work we may require.
