On March 29th, Julianna from C3 Roofing and Remodeling replied to me. She asked for the address so Bryan could finish the inspection that week. I replied on the same day and followed up two days later. It's now April 3rd and I haven't received any response. This doesn't bode well for their business practices, so I'm looking for other options.
However, it turns out that there was a miscommunication, which has now been resolved. Bryan promptly contacted me and scheduled a meeting. He arrived on time and gave me some valuable advice for the project.
