Walter and Eric, both highly-professional and commendable individuals, provided exceptional services that ticked all the boxes. CrackerJack allows customers to select three qualities that best describe their service, but in Walter and Eric's case, every aspect was covered – from work quality, professionalism, value, punctuality, to responsiveness. During their biggest move, which included solid wood furniture, a massive 10ft maple dining table weighing at least 200lbs, expensive pieces such as a Peleton, custom-made furniture, vintage mirrors and more, they arrived prepared with wrap and blankets for all items. Unlike previous movers who borrowed blankets from their clients, Walter and Eric ensured that all their tools were at hand to carefully load everything into their truck and proceeded to pay an even higher level of attention to detail during unloading and staging. Despite encountering a problem with the dining table not fitting the desired space, Walter and Eric identified this challenge and helped remove the legs, even fixing stripped screws with Walter's toolkit. They readily transported the massive tabletop to storage on the third floor, an impressive feat considering the narrow staircase. Once they had safely delivered all items into the intended spaces, they were of further assistance in arranging everything to the customers' preferred layout. The duo even went the extra mile to dispose of all the wraps and blankets offsite. C.H. Moving Services is unequivocally a reliable choice for any future moving needs.

Walter and his team provided excellent last-minute assistance! I required aid in dismantling some incredibly heavy machinery, which involved both disassembly and heavy lifting.
