After reaching out to a few people to have my septic tank pumped, I got in touch with Matt from Bynum Septic, who sent a technician the same day. While pumping the tank, the tech discovered issues with the drainfield system. I decided to ponder over the drainfield option since the problem was unexpected, considering my home's age of over 30 years. I sought opinions from other contractors and the county, and decided to approach Bynum Septic again. Apart from their pump out costing less than the others, their replacement of the drainfield was significantly cheaper than the other three companies that quoted me. During inspection by the county, the inspector recognized Bynum and his team for their top-notch work and daily inspections. I was delighted to hear this, and to have saved thousands of dollars and received exceptional customer service from a well-known and respected company. Moreover, they managed to finance me at 0%, completing the work within days from the initial pump out. If I could, I’d rate them 10 stars.
