Our wedding caterer was Buy Your Side Catering and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The whole process, from the initial consultation to the wedding day, was flawless. The food was phenomenal! Our guests couldn't stop raving about how delicious everything was and the presentation was stunning. The staff was wonderfully attentive and even went the extra mile to ensure our guests were satisfied. Chef Pamela, we can't thank you enough for making our wedding such a wonderful memory!

My experience with Buy Your Side Catering was beyond amazing, to the point where I could write a book about it. I planned a masquerade birthday party and unfortunately, my caterer bailed on me 48 hours prior to the event. In a state of panic, I contacted Buy Your Side Catering and from the first conversation, I knew I could exhale and stop stressing. Their professionalism, care, and willingness to help at the last minute was unmatched. Clear communication made everything so much easier. On the day of the party, Buy Your Side Catering was incredibly punctual and their set up was beautifully executed. They even included masquerade decorations in the food display. The buffet arrangement was truly breathtaking. And the food! The crab cake dip was my favorite, but every single dish, from the salmon to the mac and cheese, was amazing. The team treated myself and my guests like royalty, and even though I reached out to them last minute, they acted as if they had weeks to prepare. I am forever grateful and will be telling everyone I know about this master class in catering. Buy Your Side Catering is my new family and I pray that the Lord blesses their gifted hands. I can't wait for their restaurant to open so I can eat their delicious food regularly. I could go on and on about how wonderful my experience was, but I'll simply say that Buy Your Side Catering rocks! I wish I could give them a million stars because five stars just isn't enough. The speed dating event I organized was superbly catered by Chef Pamela! She was punctual, meticulously arranged the food platters, and served delectable cuisine! The spinach dip, chicken tenders, shrimp toast, homemade ranch, and strawberry lemonade all received high praise! Chef Pamela and her team are fantastic individuals to collaborate with - skilled in their craft and a joy to be around!

The exceptional Chef Pamela put together a fantastic Valentine's Day surprise lunch for my spouse. The food was outstanding and the presentation was on par with a high-end restaurant, despite being in the comfort of our own home. Her top-notch service is truly remarkable and would elevate any occasion with her professionalism and attention to detail.

Our daughter's wedding was catered by Pamela and her team and it was absolutely fantastic. We were extremely satisfied with everything from our tasting in February up until the event in December.
