After recently moving into my new home, I stumbled upon a leak in my pool. Uncertain of where the issue originated from, I followed my mother's recommendation to post my pool repair project online. Although only two professionals were suggested to me, I decided to submit my project to both. To my surprise, Clear Water, a professional who was not on the suggestion list, reached out to me and offered to assess the problem. Despite the fact that pool repair is not his specialty, he went out of his way to contact me, schedule an appointment, and even arrived on time. Unfortunately, I did not receive any responses from either of the suggested professionals even after a week. Although the problem has not been fixed yet, Clear Water provided me with some fantastic recommendations and made me feel less clueless as a first-time pool owner. Although he was not the best match for my specific project, I am extremely grateful for his assistance and highly recommend his services.
