After 4 weeks, the grass sod remains ungreened. The low-cost materials used by him raise some concerns. Additionally, he does not respond after completing the work.

The repair work on my retaining wall by Ismael and his crew was exceptional. The price charged was fair and reasonable; although I usually hesitate to give good reviews, I must say that Ismael did a fantastic job in securing the wall. At the beginning, I faced some communication difficulties and had trouble understanding the details, but in the end, I was thoroughly impressed with the final outcome, the warranty, and the options presented. As a result, I would definitely recommend Bustillo for future projects.

Ismael and his team performed splendidly! He assisted me in selecting the appropriate rocks and executed the task with a level of excellence exceeding my initial expectations. We determined that substituting mulch with rocks was preferable to prevent the rain from washing it away, and his pricing was exceptionally reasonable. Thank you so much!

The grass in our backyard was never fully installed. Despite multiple attempts to contact him, the landscaper failed to return and complete the job. In addition, he carelessly placed grass over all of our sprinkler heads, rendering them useless. My husband was forced to uncover them by himself. The landscaper hurried through the work, resulting in numerous oversights. When these errors were brought to his attention, he claimed they were not part of the original agreement, although we clearly communicated our expectations. We paid a hefty sum for his services and found communication with him to be difficult. It appears that he lacks formal landscape training and simply improvised throughout the project.

His work provided great value due to his very reasonable pricing and positive attitude. However, there were some drawbacks such as a significant language barrier that required the assistance of his daughter as a translator on the job. Additionally, his estimation of work duration and material volume was not optimal, although I had outsourced the entire project to him. Finally, if he is responsible for bringing materials, the quality may not be up to par, although his pricing reflects this.
