1) Contact us to arrange an initial consultation, where we can discuss the scope of work and provide you with preliminary ideas. During this working meeting, we will take pictures and create a draft survey of the site.
2) We will provide you with a quote and proposal for our services. This can include 2D drafting, blueprints, construction documents, 3D models, renders, schedules, technical details, or visual and conceptual references such as material, style, and mood boards. Our rates are typically hourly, but we can work with a flat rate if needed, depending on your project requirements and budget.
We are eager to work with you and can provide additional references and a complete portfolio upon request via email. Currently, our profile showcases 30% of our past projects.
