The reason behind receiving numerous 5 star reviews is well deserved. They efficiently resolved my mother's pest issue, maintained punctuality and professionalism in every aspect. Highly recommended.

My review was premature as I was unaware of the "fine print" which stated that I had agreed to receive bi-monthly services under a contract. I had made it clear to everyone that I did not wish to enter into a contract or commit to ongoing service. Since I paid with a debit card, they had access to this information and went ahead to enroll me in their ongoing program. To avoid a contract, I had to pay the full price of $150 for the first visit. I do not recommend their services and suggest that you exercise caution while reading the fine print as this is where you may end up getting trapped.

I highly recommend Bulwark for their exceptional service. Anna was a pleasure to work with and the team is extremely courteous and professional. Even with my elderly dad at home, I trust them to do their job even when I can't be there. Living near a field, we've always had issues with cockroaches and rats, but Bulwark has been a game changer! During a visit, Anna noticed a rat near us and quickly took care of it. She handled the situation with ease and expertise. I am so relieved to finally have found an effective and reliable pest control service. Thank you, Bulwark and Anna!

The job was completed promptly and efficiently by my technician, which left me very satisfied. However, I deducted a star as I believe that Bulwark should improve their communication protocol with new customers. During the booking process, I was informed that the technician would arrive between 10:30 and 1:30 and received a phone confirmation the day before. Despite this, when no one arrived by 1:40 on the day of the appointment, I called the company and had to wait for over five minutes before being informed that the technician had called out, and I hadn't been notified. This occurred after the appointment time had already expired. I rescheduled for another time between 10:30 and 1:30 and received no confirmation via phone or text beforehand. However, the technician arrived just after 10:30 this time. Unfortunately, it was only after the appointment that I was requested to enroll in the text notification service, which was of little use to me during my initial appointment.

I requested quotes from various pest control vendors online, but only Bulwark responded. Abel, their knowledgeable customer service representative, promptly provided me with a reasonable quote that included discounts. We scheduled the service for the following week. However, Abel informed me that there was a cancellation and offered service for later that day. The appointment was set for 5-7 PM. Chris Carlisle arrived promptly at 5 PM and began servicing the house. He estimated that it would take 20-30 minutes to treat the entire house, and he finished on time. Chris started outside, treating the perimeter of the house, before moving indoors. He even put shoe covers on without being asked and treated the whole interior. Chris was easy to work with and pleasant to deal with. I'm grateful for their quick response and efficient work.
