If you're looking for top-tier pest control services, look no further than Bulwark Exterminating. The company surpassed my expectations from the very start - they were prompt, professional, patient and informative throughout the entire process. My technician, Royce Mulkey, was incredibly knowledgeable about their products and services, and even provided me with information I could pass on to my son who is dealing with pest issues at his Texas apartment complex. It turns out, Bulwark has offices out there too. I've already recommended Bulwark to my son's landlord in hopes of creating more business for the company. With such exceptional service and expertise, I have no doubt in my mind that Bulwark and Royce Mulkey will be able to resolve all of my pest problems. I cannot recommend them enough!

Upon calling, a thoughtful young man arrived and conducted the pest control service. Though he mentioned that if the treatment did not resolve the issue, they would revisit the property and redo it at no extra cost, as we had subscribed to their routine service. Nonetheless, a week ago, we contacted them again and were reassured that we would be contacted shortly to schedule a retreatment. Today, when we called again, they promised to get in touch with us but failed to do so. This lack of communication is unacceptable, especially since we will still receive invoices every other month on schedule.
