After calling for a sewer line backup, a representative was dispatched almost instantly. Scott arrived and quickly cleared the line, making sure it wasn't backing up. However, after doing laundry an hour later, the issue recurred, and we called Scott back out. Despite working on a Friday evening, Scott remained at the house for over 5 hours until the problem was resolved. We appreciate his dedication and the fact that he did not give up. In addition, Shawn came to check our heater, water heater, and air conditioner. He was punctual, responsive to our questions, and improved the heater's performance, making it less noisy. Because it was too cold, Shawn scheduled a new appointment in the spring to check the air conditioner.

On 2/21/2020, Scott provided me with exceptional service! The previous week, on 2/15/2019, I had scheduled a dishwasher installation with Home Depot. However, the installation was refused because they claimed that a certified plumber was needed to install a shut-off valve. Upon Scott's arrival at my home, he informed me that a valve wasn't necessary. Despite this, I requested that he install the valve to comply with Home Depot's requirement. Scott installed the valve and provided an invoice stating that there were no code violations and no reason for Home Depot to have refused the installation on 2/15. I relayed this information to Home Depot and they refunded the installation bill. I am delighted to refer BullEye to my friends and family for their exceptional service!
