I refrained from inviting him over due to his impolite behavior. If your ability to interact with clients is lacking, it's unlikely that I would allow you into my home.

Carlos and his team proved to be excellent!
I found myself pressed for time and he was adaptable, accommodating my constantly fluctuating schedule caused by other service providers, as well as the delayed delivery of tiles due to the LA fires.
He went above and beyond by remedying the issues with the walls that were to hold the tiles; utilizing large 2x4' tiles for a walk-in shower.
I'll definitely be utilizing his services for all of my future projects for clients! He was professional, amiable, knowledgeable, flexible, and eager to lend a hand in getting my project completed successfully!
