My top priority is providing clients with superior coaching without taking shortcuts. With over 11 years of experience, I have assisted individuals from all backgrounds in achieving their objectives. I am passionate about learning and improving my coaching abilities by working with others and achieving mastery in my profession. One of my main ambitions is to revolutionize the fitness industry and redefine what a personal trainer truly is.

My area of expertise is primarily focused on speed development and athletic performance, but I am also adept at strength training, particularly for women. My approach to movement execution relies on unconventional methods that aim to empower individuals to take charge of their movements. To ensure that my clients receive superior coaching, I offer two online platforms for training and nutrition/lifestyle coaching.

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Kinesiology and have accrued over 1000 hours of experience in various settings such as PT clinics, athletic training centers, and hospitals where I provided cardiac rehab. Additionally, I possess numerous certifications from national organizations for sports performance, strength and conditioning, and nutrition coaching.

Trevor is an exceptional trainer with a great deal of expertise! He is always prepared to provide a detailed explanation of an exercise and the rationale behind specific movements. I have already noticed a more comprehensive improvement in my strength after only a few months, rather than targeting just a few areas.
