Ideally, I would choose all five options! Ethan has been my coach for around 18 months, and I receive two training sessions per week. As a triathlete, the strength workouts have unquestionably heightened my biking velocity and wattage. I have also seen improvements in my swimming times, and my running legs feel quite strong. I previously trained only once a week for six months, which helped me maintain my fitness, but the change to twice a week has been a game-changer.
