I cannot endorse him to my acquaintances. Coordinating a meeting with this contractor was a struggle, especially since it was during my busiest week. When we couldn't meet, he called and vented his frustration by claiming that I wasted his time, and then abruptly ended the call. In my opinion, his behavior was impolite and lacking in professionalism.
