I initially contacted Bug Me Not for a one-time extermination of insects, but during their visit, they discovered a termite infestation that needed to be eliminated urgently. It's not common for me to rate with 5 stars, but Bug You Not definitely deserves it for exceeding my expectations. Whenever I hire a company, I anticipate that they will arrive on time and complete the job as requested. However, I was impressed when the technician took the initiative to discuss the particular needs of the job with my mom and even identified some bug damage on our fence. Thanks to their exceptional services, I won't have to search for any other pest control company. Bug You Not will be my go-to!
