Jeff replied promptly within 5 minutes of my quote request and throughout the entire process, he treated my project as if it were his own. The quality of his workmanship was exceptional. Despite the oak floor being over 40 years old with stains, nail holes, paint overspray, and uneven edges from a past refinishing attempt, as well as a corner that required rebuilding and matching, and multiple small closets, Jeff resolved everything without any additional charges or complaints. In the end, the floor looked more beautiful than ever before. If you're looking for refinishing services, I highly recommend Buff and Shine as Jeff was very reasonable, responsive, and delivered the best work I have seen in decades. I was genuinely saddened to see him pack up his equipment and leave.
