The three gentlemen who moved my hot tub were very skilled and knowledgeable. They successfully placed the hot tub outside while I was occupied speaking with my new landlord indoors. However, I later noticed that the tub was positioned incorrectly, with the power cord on the opposite side of the outlet. I promptly called to request them to come back and reposition the tub, only to be told that they would charge me for an additional two hours of work. This seemed unreasonable, especially given that I had already paid $370 for the move and had left a tip. It is disappointing to think that they would charge such a steep fee to an elderly customer for such a minor adjustment.
