Buddy was selected to cater for our company's Christmas party on the evening of Christmas Eve, and everything exceeded our expectations. It was a pleasant surprise that they were available even on a holiday, and we appreciated that. Buddy and his assistant were punctual and efficient at setting up the venue and making it aesthetically pleasing. They were accommodating when we were running behind schedule for the meal and made cleaning up an effortless task. Moreover, the quality of the food was exceptional, and the cost was incredibly reasonable. Buddy's superb staff delivered an exceptional performance at my event! Collaborating with Buddy beforehand was effortless and reassuring. The food selection was top-notch, and it was challenging to settle on a decision since everything looked so appetizing. Nevertheless, Buddy was accommodating and informative, even to the weekend before the event where there were some last-minute number changes. We decided on Lasagna and chicken as our main courses, and the Lasagna was unlike the conventional recipe - it had a delightful smoky and barbeque flavor, perfect for a Texan cowboy-based crowd, and we relished it! The chicken was also remarkable; it fell off the bone, and I'd say it was one of the best I've ever had. Additionally, we enjoyed the green bean and squash side dishes. Buddy's team was prompt, courteous, and professional throughout the event. The compliments were never-ending for the food and the service! I highly recommend Buddy Catering and cannot wait to patronize their restaurant!
