With Duane, punctuality was his forte. As soon as he arrived, he wasted no time in commencing work. He was always ready to answer any queries I had. Three years back, he installed both indoor and outdoor HVAC units for me. However, despite that, I must admit that it did not deter the cold in summers or halt the heat in winters. On the other hand, I also hired him to set up my water heater, and so far, I have had no reason to complain.
