BSS Law, LLC, owned and managed by Bradley Shepherd, operates out of Catonsville and Columbia. While studying at the University of Baltimore School of Law, Bradley participated twice in the National Trial Competition. After his admission to the Maryland Bar, Bradley continued his career at Ward & Co. as an associate where he represented clients in various fields of law- personal injury, criminal defense, traffic, divorce, custody, probate, landlord-tenant, real estate, creditor's rights, and debtor defense, and triumphed in state and federal courts of Maryland. Later, he worked as a civil litigator at Chason, Rosner, Leary & Marshall, LLC, handling medical malpractice, premises liability, and motor vehicle torts.
Bradley started BSS Law, LLC to offer detailed and personalized service to each client. As a solo practitioner, he ensures that his client liaison stays with him and he takes care of criminal defense, traffic violations, peace and protective orders, personal injury, family law, estate planning, corporate formation and counseling, landlord-tenant disputes, and general civil litigation. He represents indigent clients for the State of Maryland and is a panel lawyer for the Office of the Public Defender.
