A native of Reno, I am a lecturer in piano at the University of Nevada Reno and an associate member of the Piano Technician's Guild. My aptitude lies in piano technology, pedagogy, and collaboration.
For piano tunings, I am currently servicing pianos in the Northern Nevada area, having catered to over 500 clients in Colorado and Nevada. I will go the extra mile to ensure your instrument is in top-notch condition while tackling minor repairs during tuning.
Additional fees may apply for mileages outside of Reno/Sparks/North Valleys, pitch adjustments for un-tuned pianos of 5+ years, major damage repairs, and parts replacements.
My piano lessons cater to intermediate and advanced students of all ages. I encourage participation in festivals, competitions, and recitals as desired. As an active member of the Music Teachers National Association, I continually upgrade my skills.
My academic qualifications include a Doctorate of Musical Arts in Piano Performance from the University of Colorado, a Master of Music in Piano Performance from the University of Nevada Reno, and a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University.
