Using pieces that were at least 75 years old, Kris upgraded a boathouse with a mixture of wood and stone to create a stunning final product. To replace the decaying wood siding, the interior and exterior were painted, and the old PVC sheathing was discarded in favor of a new, strong galvanized steel roof. Not only did Kris and his team put in a lot of effort, but they were also courteous and inexpensive. I will definitely be calling on them again for future projects.

After having some Sheetrock cuts done due to electrical work, the KIAM group did an excellent job retouching the paint. They were not only prompt and responsive, but also amiable, reasonably priced, swift, and left the workspace clean. We will definitely consider hiring them again.
