Upon arrival at the home that I manage, Denis encountered a noisy dryer and an oven probe error issue. However, Denis proved to be a reliable professional. He arrived punctually and notified me of his arrival half an hour beforehand. Moreover, he gave detailed explanations of the malfunctions, and advised me that replacing the dryer, which was acquired in 2009, might be more cost-effective than repairing the parts.
