Initially, Brittany seemed highly receptive and punctual. Nevertheless, subsequent to discussing the menu, availability, and pricing, she suddenly became unresponsive. Despite having anticipated the invoice to settle the deposit, Brittany has not responded to my numerous attempts to contact her. As a consequence, it has left me in a difficult situation for tomorrow's function. Displaying unprofessional conduct after confirming her availability is very disheartening. I am thoroughly disappointed. Unless there has been an emergency or an accident, there is no excuse for this unprofessional behavior.

Brittany and her team were absolutely amazing! Our request through social media was met with a response within just a few minutes. She curated a Thanksgiving dinner menu that featured classic dishes like dressing and Mac & cheese. From start to finish, every dish was absolutely scrumptious! In fact, our guests devoured every single item and there was even a bit of a squabble over who would get the last bit of peach cobbler. All in all, we couldn't be happier with the service provided by Brittany and her team!
