For carpet, we provide full flood services which include removing the carpet and padding, replacing the padding, and relaying and re-stretching the carpet. If requested, this service also includes carpet cleaning. Our minimum charge applies for small projects at $119. We also offer carpet repairs for transitions and different types of flooring, such as threshold installs, T moldings, reducers, and bullnose in aluminum, metal, wood finishes, or vinyl transitions. Patched carpets can also be installed or re-stretched to fix wrinkles and bumpy edges. Our subfloor sealing service also protects against urine contamination.
For carpet cleaning, our minimum charge applies if you have less than 3 regular size rooms at $119. Carpet installations are also available starting at $10 to $14 per sq yd depending on the type of carpet selected. A one-year limited guarantee against wrinkles is included. Full service which includes new carpet, padding, and labor starts at $22.50 per sq yd and up.
Hard surface installations are also available with prices for labor only. Water-resistant wooden laminated flooring is priced at $2.00 per sq ft, luxury vinyl planks (LVT) start at $2.25 per sq ft, and prefinished solid hardwoods are priced at $3.50 per sq ft and up.

The repair work carried out by Clemente and his team on two damaged pieces of carpet in a rental property was exceptional.
