Stan was very timely in responding to my call or text. Upon arriving, he swiftly examined my dryer and provided a concise explanation of the problem, assuring me he would return the following Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest. As promised, the necessary part arrived and he promptly came back on Wednesday to carry out the repairs. The cost was also quite fair.
