They did a commendable job with mulching but their performance in mowing the grass was unsatisfactory. They recklessly mowed the grass, causing an extensive area to be dead due to scalping, without altering their approach. Their indifference to their lackluster work was apparent as they disregarded instructions to cut the grass at the recommended height of 4 inches, crucial for optimal growth during the summer months. Their prices may be affordable, but their quality control is subpar.

He arrived on schedule for the estimation, installation of mulch, and trimming of excessively high branches. I would certainly contemplate employing him again!
