These were decent men who exerted themselves. I would have given them a rating of 3.5 stars if that were an option. Nonetheless, I have a suspicion that they did not assemble my bed appropriately as it is now producing squeaking sounds that it was not making prior to the relocation. Despite this, I was amazed at their swift response to my quote inquiry and their persistence in following up through phone calls or written communication.
