I am more than just a professional nutritionist. I also provide life coaching to assist clients in overcoming personal obstacles that prevent sustainable lifestyles while attaining their desired results!

I am highly responsive and generally respond within 10-15 minutes to your initial message. Please note that I do not accept insurance in my practice.

Rest assured that there will be no fad diets, hand-off meal plans, pills or supplements, wonky exercise programs, subscriptions, or a lack of support or accountability. Our collaboration will include educating you on your body's proper nutrition, bettering your relationship with food, addressing digestive issues, and enhancing your daily energy through balanced meals. I will work with you to reintroduce carbs into your diet if you have been on a low-carb/Keto diet for an extended period, reduce or eliminate food guilt, and find balance between physical exercise and your diet.

I am seeking committed clients who have previously attempted to reach their health goals on their own but were unsuccessful. They understand that Support and Accountability are critical components missing from their success.

I use the "Momentum" Program approach in providing personalized support, knowledge, and tools to implement strategies that set you up for long-term success. I have two program offers that fully support my clients—5 weeks and 12 weeks.

I adopt the SANE approach, which includes support through weekly phone calls, daily texting, and coaching tools that consist of over 40 videos and 25 custom PDFs. Moreover, I am all about accountability, collaborating with you to set strong goals that you can incorporate into your lifestyle. I will customize an evidence-based program for your lifestyle to meet your nutrition and fitness needs.

Accountability plays a significant role in achieving success. It serves as a deterrent to falling back into old patterns. Brian played an essential role in devising a nutrition plan customized to my objectives. He ensured my progress by requiring daily check-ins and submission of my daily food intake. This enforcement held me accountable for every single thing I ate. Living up to his expectations made it easier to adhere to the plan since I did not want to offer excuses for noncompliance.
