With 25 years of construction and maintenance under my belt, I bring a wealth of experience to the table. From high-end residential remodels to commercial tenant improvements, I have done it all.
Currently, I am a real estate house flipper who previously worked as a building maintenance engineer for 8 years, followed by 5 years as a facility manager. In total, I have managed 30 commercial and apartment buildings, all with their unique set of challenges.
As I wait for my properties to sell, I also offer handyman and maintenance services to others. Since the age of 13, I have been involved in the trades, starting with helping my uncle and now running a construction business with my best friend. My desire to help others led me to work for a nonprofit youth agency, teaching young adults practical skills necessary for success.

When it came time for the actual work, Brian wasted no time. Originally, we anticipated him plugging the water leak on Saturday and replacing the unit the following Monday. I cannot thank Brian enough for being such a life saver! Due to the incessant rain in the Bay Area, my crawl space had flooded and caused my water heater to malfunction. In order to prevent any such mishap, I was advised to switch to a tankless water heater.
