Greetings, I'm Brian and I've devoted 6 years to empowering individuals to enhance their physical fitness. I strongly believe that strength training improves every aspect of one's life. Moreover, I think that personal training should be supplemented by education along with exercise. With optimism, I aim to guide you towards achieving your aspirations while also teaching you how and why.
As a personal testament, I, myself, have trained for more than 15 years and participated in powerlifting competitions for 8 years. My services are available for in-home sessions or at the Gleason Performance Training facility located in Derby, CT. For the convenience of my clients, I also offer personalized one-on-one zoom sessions and weekly online coaching/programming.

For a few months now, Brian has been coaching me in powerlifting, and I must say his programming is always top-notch.
