After a two-year outplacement project aimed at supporting job seekers finding their next role or advancing within their current company, I am excited to return to CrackerJack. Having been both a Corporate Recruiter and a candidate, I bring a unique perspective that allows me to help clients identify the elements that contribute to their success while also highlighting potential pitfalls that could hinder their professional growth. My approach combines a predictive performance tool with my extensive experience as a Recruiter, Manager, and Career Strategist, thereby enabling my clients to achieve their performance and job search goals through the development of a customized action plan and accountability strategy.

My expertise in crafting persuasive resumes and LinkedIn profiles helps clients secure interviews, especially since I ensure that their application documents are ATS-compliant. A poorly formatted application will likely be screened out by automated systems used by hiring managers, so it's crucial to have the right tools to get your foot in the door. I leverage interview preparation to get clients ready for the rigors of the hiring process with the primary objective of securing an offer. As a Career Transition Coach, I've helped over 500 individuals from diverse fields to create compelling resumes and provided job search coaching to 150 candidates.
