Since the opening of the Brazilian Bake Shop, we have become frequent customers. The reason for my return is their delectable Pao de Queijo, a soft bread ball with cheese baked inside the dough. My wife also cannot resist the dark chocolate Brigadeiro sauce, which she loves in everything from the brownie with a layer of chocolate between the layers, to the Cake in a Cup with dark chocolate and grapes. It may sound like an odd pairing, but the chocolate and fruit complement each other perfectly and taste so good. The five-star quality of the treats makes them excellent gifts for family and friends.
