They distinguished themselves from others by inspecting the attic during the initial meeting and noting the need for replacing certain plywood. They even provided photos of the plywood that needed changing and the before-and-after installation process. At the project's conclusion, the roof they installed had an outstanding appearance. Gil and his crew have done an outstanding job on replacing my roof, from the initial estimate to communicating updates throughout the process, the work performed, and the final walk through. They even replaced the damaged plywood. In addition, they installed fascia boards and new aluminum gutters, and upgraded the old roof vents to a ridge vent system. The temperature inside the house now feels much cooler compared to before. I rate their work as 5-star and outstanding. The warranty on workmanship is 15 years and 50 years on shingles. The crew arrived on time every morning and cleaned up thoroughly after completing the job. I highly recommend Gil and his crew for anyone in need of a roofing company. I'm very satisfied with my new roof and gutters and hope this review will assist others in resolving their roofing issues.
