A foul odor had emanated from the crawl space, initially suspected to be from a deceased animal, but this was not the case. Despite the inability of the company to completely address the concern, they did arrive promptly within 30 minutes and eventually identified the source of the problem. While the cost of $100 for a brief, 10-minute visit was somewhat steep, the ability to advance to the subsequent course of action is appreciated.

Chris did an exceptional job! I required two groundhogs to be caught and relocated, and his techniques were impeccable as both animals were captured and relocated within roughly 48 hours. Chris was highly communicative, answering my queries promptly, and on each occasion, he swiftly gathered the animals (traveling from Oakland county to Washtenaw). As I had only recently moved in, Chris even supplied additional suggestions on how to protect my property from future pests and critters.

He possesses extensive knowledge about raccoons and was very helpful in answering my queries during his visit. He is highly responsible and accessible, setting up the trap the very next day after my initial contact and successfully catching the raccoon the following night.
