The services offered include the replacement or repair of multiple wall receptacles and switches, as well as the repair of an underground electrical line leading to an outbuilding. My experience with Bradco Electrical's owner and electrician, Brad, had its ups and downs. His work was of satisfactory quality, and he exhibited adequate skill in his field. However, I was displeased with the billing and invoicing process. Brad arrived late by one to two hours for all three scheduled appointments, and I was not provided with an itemized invoice for any of the charges levied. Instead, I paid him after each visit and was promised a detailed invoice by email, which I never received. The total amount I had paid was $2650, and the final invoice I did receive was issued for $2285, a general description of work performed that lacked any itemized charges and was $365 less than the total paid. When I requested a refund for the overcharge, Bradco refused and gave no documentation of either amount, opting to tell me to trust Brad's judgement in pricing the work. Following up with CrackerJack, they requested itemization of the charges from Bradco, who were unable to provide the information at that time. Unfortunately, the payment made for the job meant that there was no further action CrackerJack could take. However, they did advise Bradco to maintain proper documentation for future projects. Suffice it to say, I shall not employ Bradco or CrackerJack's services again.

After being away from Texas for 23 years, I retired and decided to settle down in East Texas, a place I had never lived in before. As we purchased a home that required electrical work, I turned to Bradco Electrical, whose postings on Lake O’ The Pines Facebook page caught my eye. Being new to the area, we took a chance on Brad, who responded promptly and attentively to our needs. He offered helpful recommendations and completed the work efficiently, keeping us well-informed throughout the process. Though we have some additional electrical needs down the road, we know Brad will be our go-to guy. His professionalism and expertise are second to none.
