Brad promptly responded to my phone repair inquiry and I was able to schedule an appointment at 5:30pm after work. He efficiently replaced my phone screen in less than an hour after I dropped it off. I have decided to get some computer repair work done by him as well. I highly recommend his services!

Out of all the IT support services that I have worked with remotely, this was the most exceptional. My Mac had several problems, some of which were quite vexing. However, Brad logged into my system and resolved all the issues within an hour - an impressive feat. I will definitely seek his assistance again in the future and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of IT support. P.S. I typically do not leave reviews.

I'm writing this review well after the fact, and I want to apologize to Brad for the delay. Unfortunately, my less-than-perfect packaging resulted in my iPad being even more damaged when it arrived with Brad. However, I must say that he did a fantastic job repairing it! He kept me informed throughout the process and completed the repair quickly and professionally. The price was fair, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire Brad again in the future.
