Upon availability, Richard promptly attended to our concerns. He thoroughly examined and evaluated the problems prior to proposing resolutions. We were impressed that he efficiently addressed our 2 issues during his single visit, and his pricing is reasonable. We strongly endorse his services, as we were gratified with the outcome. We have future home projects in mind and we intend to enlist Richard's services again. The problems he resolved were: 1) A malfunctioning ejector pump in our basement, and 2) A kitchen drain issue causing unpleasant odor.

Rock Bowden was a fortunate find for us on CrackerJack and we cannot recommend him enough. He took an interest in our needs, requesting photos beforehand, and came fully equipped with vital information. Being upfront about the costs meant there were no hidden surprises. He confirmed his arrival time beforehand, and was punctual. Excellent workmanship - he expertly installed a bathroom sink vanity and repaired a leaking toilet in two places. Throughout the job he retained a high level of professionalism and kept us informed. We had experienced no-shows from other plumbers and an exorbitant quote from another company for a simple task; however, we were immensely relieved and grateful to have found an honest skilled professional. Rock is now our go-to plumber. Thank you!
