These individuals are absolutely fantastic. I enlisted their services to transfer a couch and love seat down from the third story of a condominium complex. Not only did they arrive on schedule, but they managed to complete the task in the blink of an eye.
A few days later, they came to my aid once more. Room & Board declined to deliver my brand-new sofa, presuming that it wouldn't be able to pass through the stairs. They ended up leaving, promising me a refund within a couple of days. Fortunately, Boston Movers were there to save the day. They retrieved my sofa from the warehouse and immediately delivered it to the third floor, ascending the very same staircase. I cannot express how thankful I was, especially since it occurred only a week before Thanksgiving.
