From the start, Eduardo showed excellent responsiveness. I used CrackerJack to post my job and get an idea of cost, but I wasn't sure I wanted to follow through with the project. Despite other vendors simply responding, Eduardo went above and beyond. He visited my location to ensure he could provide the best support during the initial decision-making process. His confidence inspired trust, and he was always readily available to answer any questions I had. It was a pleasure to work with Eduardo and his carpenter, Claudio, who showed incredible passion and professionalism throughout the project. They successfully navigated the HOA approval process and city design review, despite the city taking over a month to schedule. Claudio expertly tackled the challenging Ipe wood in the pergola's construction, whilst Eduardo kept me updated with weekly progress reports and photos during my vacation. The finished product was exceptional, with friends even admiring it and planning to hire Eduardo for their own projects. Eduardo's dedication to quality was evident when he explained that, despite not making as much money as he expected due to his desire to deliver the best possible result, he would still honor the original estimate. It's rare to find a contractor who exceeds your expectations, but Eduardo is undoubtedly one such contractor.

We sent our project drawings and scope sheets to 17 general contractors and met with several, but it wasn't until we connected with Eduardo from Boston's Best that we received a prompt response to our request for a proposal. After conducting a walk-through, Eduardo provided us with a detailed estimate in just one week. Our project involved a complete gut and remodel of our 100-year-old post and beam home, as well as the demolition of our existing one-story garage. We poured a new foundation with an expanded footprint, and added a new two-story garage addition with a 700-square-foot in-law apartment above. This addition includes a kitchenette, full bathroom, and second-story deck. Boston's Best was excellent working with us on design challenges and addressing existing conditions with insightful recommendations. Their competence in navigating the permitting process and interacting with local officials was invaluable in ensuring our project was a success. Throughout the project, Boston's Best was always available for meetings to review the status and discuss our envisioned finish. We are extremely happy with the finished product and grateful for Boston's Best's outstanding work.

We constructed a project consisting of three family houses. Working with BBC was a highly satisfactory experience for me. The team members were all very positive and shared numerous valuable ideas regarding the project. They were also extremely courteous and their explanations were very easy to follow. I received a lot of innovative input for the project and it made me feel quite positive about it. The contract was specifically defined and well-organized too. My half bath was transformed into a full bath with a standup shower thanks to Eduardo and his team. I was grateful for their guidance and expertise throughout the project, and for their ability to turn my specific ideas into a beautiful reality. Any misunderstandings were efficiently resolved, though the project did take longer than anticipated. Nonetheless, I'm thrilled with the final outcome, particularly the tile-work. Working with Eduardo and his team was a pleasure, and I look forward to collaborating with Boston Best Construction in the future.

Our dormer addition and bathroom renovation was incredibly well done by Eduardo and his team. Despite the challenges of working in an occupied home, the crew was consistently gentlemanly, respectful, and kind. They maintained a clean work space and were considerate of our privacy. Notably, the project adhered perfectly to the schedule outlined in our contract, and Eduardo remained true to his word, with no additional changes even as we made adjustments. Eduardo himself is a pleasure to work with, responsive and available at all times. We are thrilled with the bathroom, which reflects exactly what we envisioned, inside and out. The tile work is particularly impressive, but we are equally pleased with the exterior finishing, which matches beautifully with our 1890s home.
