After contacting several Pros on CrackerJack for a pair of toilet replacements, we received a prompt response from Boss Rooter, who provided us with an estimate within a couple of hours of submitting our project. We scheduled an appointment and were pleased when they arrived on time as expected. Upon arrival, Justin promptly got to work and efficiently removed our old toilets. He skillfully installed our new, heavy one-piece toilets, going above and beyond to ensure that everything was not only functional but also visually appealing. Additionally, they took care of removing both the old toilets and the packaging from the new toilets. Boss Rooter and Justin exceeded our expectations, and we will certainly reach out to them again for any future plumbing needs.

Today, they were called and an appointment was scheduled for the same day. The technician, whom I believe was named Justin, identified the problem and provided the cost for the repairs. Although I found the pricing reasonable, I ultimately decided not to proceed with the service since, as a tenant, it is my landlord's responsibility to address the issue. Despite my decision, I had a positive experience with the company and would undoubtedly refer them to my friends, family, and even my landlord should they need plumbing services in the future. I am grateful to Justin and the team for their professionalism and understanding, and although I offered to compensate Justin for his time, he kindly declined. I had a wonderful time! I required a plumber urgently to do some minor fixes before selling my house. I spoke to them in the morning, and they were able to accommodate me the same day. Their fees for the necessary repairs were incredibly reasonable, and they were pleasant to interact with. A few other plumbing businesses were deceptive and wanted to charge a consultation fee, but Boss visited for free, which was all I required! The cost of the repairs was what I expected, particularly given the fast service. Thank you for being there for me today!

Boss Rooter's Israel performed an excellent job repairing my dishwasher plumbing/valve problem and substituting the main shut-off valve. Their work is of excellent quality, and their fees are exceptionally fair. I wholeheartedly suggest them.
