Weddings may have been postponed, but they will happen. Vacations may have been delayed, but they will be enjoyed again. And there are always reasons to learn how to dance and master that skill. As your dance coach and instructor, I assure you that I will get you dancing with ease and make it enjoyable!
With over 12 years of experience, I can customize a learning program that caters to your specific needs, whether you are single, a couple, or a group. Furthermore, you don't need a partner to learn how to dance, and I can turn even the most uncoordinated student into a confident dancer. Trust me, even stubborn skeptics leave my classes smiling and feeling good about themselves.
As for newlyweds, I understand that your first dance is a significant moment in your lives. In addition to being a traditional symbol of taking your first steps together, it's a performance that you'll make in front of all the people who have supported your love. Unlike the cake, flowers, limo, and decorations, learning how to dance with your partner is an investment that you'll be able to use throughout your lives. In addition to Ballroom and Social dancing, I teach Dance Therapy and Mind/Body Connection Therapy. Movement and Dance Therapy can be used in several ways, including as an alternative to talk therapy. By expressing ourselves through movement, we can heal from a range of mental and emotional challenges like anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. Moreover, Movement and Dance Therapy can help keep your mind and body young and active, and I've had several physically disabled students use it to increase flexibility, balance, physical stamina, agility, circulation, and memory. I can tailor the program to your exact preferences and individual needs.

Bonnie is an exceptional dance instructor. With our wedding date fast approaching, my partner and I sought out dance lessons. Worried we wouldn't find someone good on such short notice, Bonnie put our concerns at ease when she responded to our inquiry within just two hours. Despite our limited schedule, she worked patiently with us to perfect our first dance routine for our big day. Bonnie not only developed a dance schedule and plan for us, but also went above and beyond by editing our song for our DJ and providing us with great choreography, including an intro, some turns and a dip for our final touch. She even drove across town for our private lessons. We are thrilled to show off our skills this Saturday, 08/17, and have already made plans to take more lessons with Bonnie in the future to learn some Latin dances this fall.
