As a previous dancer, I developed an affection for yoga and meditation as a means of staying grounded, centered, and physically sound. Having received training at the Association for Yoga and Meditation in Rishikesh, India, I am a certified 200hr E-RYT. Though my expertise lies in Ashtanga yoga, my primary instruction is in adaptable Vinyasa flow or Hatha. I am further equipped with mat Pilates certification, thereby able to provide diverse guidance, based on your needs, whether it be restoring and unwinding or invigorating and sweat-inducing!
