As a licensed Pilates instructor and personal trainer, I have over 6 years of experience teaching Pilates and weight training. Unfortunately, the list of licenses from which CrackerJack can choose does not include options for either personal trainers or Pilates instructors. Therefore, I only work with serious inquiries. This is a business, and finding the right instructor takes time and effort. Your fitness goals are important, and I have the experience and passion to motivate you to achieve them.
I specialize in creating customized workouts tailored specifically to your needs and goals. I have expertise in working with clients who have had back injuries and can help strengthen their core and improve their overall back health. I have also worked with clients who have had knee injuries and other needs.
I worked at Equinox for over three years, where I had the chance to work with hundreds of different bodies with diverse needs. Currently, I train clients at my private studio, or I can come to your workout room or gym.
I find joy in helping clients achieve their fitness goals. Your mind and body are connected in Pilates and weight training, creating a sense of release from daily stressors. A good sweat can make all the difference. During our sessions, there will always be a mind-body connection to help you focus on your movements.
New clients can receive a $5 discount for their first 55-minute Pilates session, which typically costs $75. If you would like me to travel to your location, the price increases to $80-$100, depending on distance, due to the gas and travel time required. I prefer to train clients from my home on my reformer or with my weight and barbell setup, but I understand the convenience of me coming to you. You must have access to a reformer or a weight room (home gym), or we can do mat Pilates or weights (dumbbells) in your home if you have enough space.
I am delighted to bring dumbbells to your home to help you train yourself or get started with exercise. With a few sets of dumbbells, you can achieve quite a bit. Let's work together to reach your fitness goals!
