Mike is the most exceptional trainer I have ever worked with. Being postpartum and with my partner also looking to shed some weight, we have gone through four or five personal trainers, but none have been as remarkable as Mike. Providing him with just the essential details, he crafts a comprehensive plan that effectively aligns with our objectives.
