Physical fitness goes beyond fitting into a certain size or achieving a particular goal. It involves being conscious of what our body necessitates, be it physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual, in the present moment. Furthermore, it entails having sufficient love for ourselves to make appropriate health decisions daily.
Over the last 13 years of providing personal training and lifestyle coaching, I have developed a program for attaining lifelong physical wellness. My program is tailored to women aged 28 and above.
For women who have ten or more pounds of excess body fat, there is a solution! I am referring to saying goodbye to the excess body fat for good. You are not a yo-yo, and so you should not subject yourself to the ups and downs. You can be physically fit no matter your size. I understand this all too well, having been where you are, with the constant weight fluctuations as a result of mental, spiritual, and emotional sabotage.
That is why I created this program for lifelong physical wellness, and I am always thrilled to share it with women who are open to coaching and dedicated to achieving their health goals.
